SERVICE NON-EXISTENT

I want to vent my frustration with VODACOM Customer Service. They are PATHETIC AND THEIR SERVICE STINKS!!! I've been trying for 8 months to have a query resolved and a refund be made. All you receive from them is query codes and that it has been escalated to be investigated. Then they ask for proof of everything and when you send them the proof they confirm that the query has been escalated for investigation and you get a new query code and thus the ball rolls on and NOTHING happens!!! Every time I email them everything starts from scratch. Is there nobody at VODACOM that know how to do their job??!! These days everything is outsourced. Thousands of people get complaints and then push a button and another outsourced company get it. They allocate a query code and push a button to another outsourced company. Why can't one person get one query, investigate and solve it??? It is like ****ing against thunder!!!!!! SERVICE AT VODACOM IS NON-EXISTENT!!! THEY ARE PATHETIC!!!!
