Service NON-EXISTANT

<p>So, about two weeks ago I wrote a complaint as I got absolutely NO service from Vodacom. They promised that someone would contact me to sort out the problem. The next day I again wrote a review asking when this person will contact me, as I have not recieved a phone call. It is now a week or two later, and guess what......I am still waiting for this person to phone me. I have send ample requests through there website for a call back...no one has bothered. And today I phoned them once again, but the phone gets picked up, you hear a lot of people talking, and then the phone gets put down in your ear? Incredibly, does Vodacom have no shame?</p>
