Service Levels
The service is absolutely pathetic. You get transferred from one person to the other with holding on in between transfers for a ridiculous time. With every person you have to verify your account details. Nobody at Vodacom reads or responds to any emails. If you thought Telkom was bad with service, try Vodacom!!!
