Service is worse than the government hospitals

Vodacom is messing up my credit profile and score they load different debit order on different dates without being authorized. Although account is paid up my account is still being debited and from debit to cash this had been happening for more than a year everytime i neednto go into a store and rectify this even when I need the money to be reversed im.given excuses. I will be moving all.my account out of vodacom. Service recieved from.call.centre is so horrible I regret taking out my contracts with vodacom.
