Service is the pits, the item still hasn't been fixed.

My husband purchased a Samsung S3 tablet for me as a combined Christmas/Birthday gift in November 2015. On the 28th June 2016, I took this tablet into the Vodacom shop at Festival Mall, Kempton Park. The fault being that instead of charging, it discharges when plugged in. The tablet was sent into Fourways to be repaired. 10 days later I received a message to collect from the shop, which I proceeded to do. I also bought 2 new chargers, as the chargers I had received with my tablet & cellphone were damaged. On returning home, I plugged the tablet in to charge & it immediately started discharging again. I took it back to the Vodacom shop a week later & this time I spoke to the branch Manager Sue, explained everything all over again & it was sent back for the same fault. 7 days later I received another message to collect it from the shop again. Warranty doesn't exist anymore & according to the Fourways branch, NO FAULT FOUND. On arrival back home, I went through the exact same rigmarole all over again & it still discharges. I am complaining about this tablet as it is still doing the exact same thing & I am now way past bring FED UP. If Vodacom is not going to resolve this problem for me in a timeous manner, by replacing this tablet with a completely NEW tablet, then I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, & this after being a Vodacom client ever since they opened up in this country. I also will definitely REFUSE to refer them to anyone that I know, as the service received has become null & void. It doesn't exist in South Africa anymore. The worst business to deal with ever.
