Service is non existend

So what do you say of a service that is of no use nor help or existence , vodacom is utterly poor on every level of service they so proudly and so called offer to there paying customers. Part of my vodacom uchoose deal I'm suppose to receive a 1GB data bundle , and this month the gig is absent from my account but I still have to pay for it, I went to the vodacom shop on the very first of the month and asked what are my options to resolve the issue , to describe my long and time wasting so called service in short , I am still waiting for a responce after 6 days , when they assured me that my problem will be attended and resolved in 24 WORKING HOURS , and if I phone regarding my problem the response I'm given is , we are still BUSY attending to your problem. VODACOM YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC !!
