service is just getting worst by the day

Vodacom is the most useless network provider ever I am a loyal customer for over 10 years and never skipped one payment. But the service is just horrible and it gets worst as time goes today I spend the whole day on a call trying to get my network fixed. My home wifi router just stopped working and it is such a mission just to get assistance telephonically they refer me to the branch to take my router in for it to be checked out. But my tv and my laptop connects to the wifi so this is clearly something that needs to be checked out and I am sure it can be done telephonically. They inconsiderate they don't worry about your petrol or time all the Vodacom stores close to my area are just useless they always and forever offline. I am so frustrated the fact that the consultant promised to give me a follow up call, and she never did she promised to log this and that she will escalate it, but this means i must call again tomorrow speak to a different consultant and frustrate myself again, because i know they trained to give you the same sorry they can just never fix anything without referring me to a store that can also never assist me. I am disappointed in the service I am receiving from Vodacom as their competitors are now providing better service in my area this makes me consider to move my contract as soon as it ends they blaming everything addressedd due to loadshdding and we did not evens have loadshedding. The consultants is not evens scared to give you the most horrible service because they know that it is never complained about that is why i will be sitting without wifi for 3 days tomorrow and i have to take a day off to get this sorted out because clearly the call center is just useless useless useless Vodacom i am really disciplined after all this years you doing this to me this is the 3rd time that i will be going through this i wont recommend you to anyone when it comes to wifi honestly
