Service is beyond Pathetic

<p>On the 27th of July I tried to cancel 3 contracts. 2 now after 7 days have been cancelled. When you log a complaint on hello peter vodacom is quick to respond that a consultant will contact you shortly. That never happens.</p> <p>Now today I get another email the one contract has been renewed for another 24 months??? Really after I cancelled it. </p> <p>Do you query it vodacom tells you maybe it is *****, please sent us an affidavit we will investigate and there after we will cancel the contract. </p> <p>Really??? All this trouble. How do people work with Vodacom ???? No supervisor or anyone will ever phone you. If you phone them it is the call centre, and they can't help as they don't do the cancellation it is the back office.</p> <p>People stay as far away from Vodacom as you can!!!!!!</p>
