Service is Appalling

Our Phone went in for repairs 4 months ago. We have had excuses after excuses and still no phone. We are still having to pay for the contract every month,but they still have not delivered!!! This is in breach of our contract,as I am paying for a service that you have not delievered.<br> You can contact me on my wifes number,as I cannot use my number as you have not supp**** me with the phone I am paying for.: ***
