Service is a Joke!!!

Very Poor Service

In December we were contacted to upgrade the home internet package. In January we contacted them notifying them we have no 5G signal and the internet is not working. they send the courier and told us they were cancelling the contract. We are in March now and several calls later and its still not solved. The debit orders is still going off for the full amount. We stopped it and reversed the debit orders. We can't pay for Vodacom's mistakes and incompetence.
