**** service from Vodacom

<p>I am shocked with Vodacom. At the end of May when my statement was sent I noticed that more money was debited from my account. I got in contact with Vodacom immediately and gave it through to them. I asked them that the money should be paid back to my account immediately seeing that I did not give permission for the extra money to be debited. They then went and transferred that amount to the June invoice - which <strong>I DO NOT</strong> agree with, and this after I told them to pay back my money!!! For me this is a case of principle. This going on for THREE weeks already but to no avail. I am so frustrated with them. A lady phoned me early this morning saying that the refund will be done within 7-14 working days. An hour or so later a gentleman phoned me and appologized for the stuff up, he then told me that the amount was taken of from my June invoice!!!!!!!! He then had the adasity to tell me that it is my responsibility to phone their accounts department and sort it out with them, I then told him that I am not going to take time out of my work day to sort out their ****. He just did <strong>NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!</strong> He will get the manager to phone me..... few hours later.... guess what still waiting. They are quick to debit your account with your hard earned money but when they need to pay it back then it is a problem all of a sudden!!!!!</p>
