**** service from Payment services and prepaid Customer care

A honest rating for Vodacom would be 1 star.

First off. My itemised billing looks like a complete joke. The amount of times I've called Vodacoms Prepaid Customer care line & Vodapay Financial Services (Xlink) is a complete joke. Far well over 100 times in the last few days.

I've been asking to speak to nJabulo from Xlink who is the manager. However he seems to be in a meeting all day and everyday! Perhaps because he knows it's me calling regarding the incorrect order I've received, and now I must beg, plead and possibly bend over backwards to recieve my CORRECT order. And to be offered some service.

Secondly. I have been with my Vodacom number for well over 10 Years! I always purchase an exceptional amount of data and have supported Vodacom throughout all these years. But never in my life, have I ever been dropped on a phone call, due to lack of signal or network problems. My calls and data connections have been absolutely solid as off 2 months ago.

1. Callers do not hear a ringing tone when they call me. The audio is blank, however my phone is ringing on my side. 2. Every single call I've made and received in the last 2 months. Have been dropped atleast 5 times for each number you see in my itemised billing. 3. I can hear them, but they cannot hear me due to a scratchy line. I have lived in the same residence as the amount of time I have owned this number. And never did I have such an issue like this.

I've just called the Vodacom call centre, and spoke to an agent who cannot understand what I'm saying, she did not know how to transfer a call. When it finally went through, my call was my dropped. I simply don't have the time to spend another 50 calls per day to Vodacom customer care as I have done with Vodacom Payment services as a merchant.

I'm simply sick and tired of this. The last time I was sick and tired of this ****py service. Vodacoms CEO had his personal assistant call me to rectify the issue ? Because I made the issue I had with Vodacom at the time so widely spread amongst SA. He had no choice but to assist me.

So please this is me asking nicely . With all due respect, it can also be taken as a threat. When you see my itemised billing, and take into the account the sheer number of calls made to Vodacom Customer Care and Vodacom Payment Services ... Then you will know why this is the last time I will be asking nicely to resolve my 2 issues listed above.

Until this matter is resolved, there will be one post, each day on hello Peter, and you can ask your CEO what else I did ? Please ensure this issue is resolved. I invite a Vodacom staff member to call me on *** to discuss a way forward.

Please do not push me from pillar to post. Please be the first and the last contact person for this issue.

Thank you!
