**** service form first day

My phone has been on for 20 days for a normal screen repair I have received a sms my phone had been collected However the store say they are not sure why I received that sms And can not explain where my phone is Shame on you galleria vodacom ! My phone is needed for work and you just say you do not know where it is and it should be here soon However I have a sms saying it's been collected so it gone !!! What now I am asking and getting no answers Even when I booked on my phone I had to come back to the store the day after asking why I haven't received a job number or sms that it's booked I'm after waiting in store for a hour I received a sms

Now my phone is gone with now trace !!!!
