Service failure
I have experienced that the network sends my calls to voicemail for no apparent reason when I am home. When I am anywhere else I do not have this problem, thus I believe the tower in our area might have a fault. My In laws was stuck in the middle of nowhere unable to reach us with a flat tyre, they are both in their late 70's.
Please can you investigate this matter
