Service Failure!

Once again Vodacom FAILS to deliver! Took out a new contract last week and part of the deal was a once off 10 Gig of data and a R10 000.00 Top Dog Educational Voucher. Needless to say that I did not receive any that. After phoning the call center I was told that they will investigate and provide me with feedback but they can't say when! Well done Vodacom for delivering or should I say for not delivering!!
