**** Service
If you want **** service and no support no matter what it is rather look at another Service Provider, like Telekom you get the best deals and support.
I've been waiting over 2 months to upgrade my contract with Vodacom been with for 23 years now and they've escalated the matter more times than it took to land on the moon. 5 Managers and over a dozen consultants plus logging a complaint they stlll give me empty promises and even refuse to send me a cancellation letter so what can I do.
The reference I put below is the latest logged last week, the others all got closed, no reason given just it's done.
****ing beyond pathetic service and never ever any feedback.

11 Oct 2022, 14:09With all respect for 2 months I've been waiting for a call back, they said they have to listen to the tapes I send them all the times I've called and obviously the longest ones are the main ones but you guys promises are what I flush down the toilet so I won't hold my breathe for a call back, as I reinterrate pathetic service.
