Service excellence beyond the call of duty

Janine assisted by Patricia at Vodacom shop exclusive to Absa in towers North came through today for me on another level of excellence and a team collaborative spirit. Just before and during closing, her supervisor showing an akin sense of responsibility for her team supporting them and not rushing me even though we were already past closing time. I'm super amazed at how well the entire team ral**** behind these two, especially assisting Janine with all the admin and paper work required to close of my deal, she took her time and insisted to get my new phone a screen protector, while her colleagues assisted her to provision my new Sim card. Right after that she installed my new phone cover. I don't usually go out of my way to praise a teams effort because when they do alright its usually nothing so amazing 😌, I am thoroughly impressed with the ownership Janine took and thoroughly impressed with how Patricia also stood by her assisting every step of the way and making sure Janine is not left by herself to figure out what I need, she really helped beyond the normal call of duty, even when I empathised with the team and wanted to install the screen protector myself when I got home later Janine insisted telling me she does not at all mind to help - give these ladies a bells. What a wow you guys rock I love how I felt the team spirit, other networks better watch out because it's not easy to replicate such excellence.
