SERVICE EXCELLENCE AT THE VODACOM FRANCHISE STORE - MEYERSDAL SHOPPING CENTRE

I am in the process of changing cell phone packages, with so many choices to choose from. I have a long-standing relationship with the Vodacom Dealer Store in the Meyersdal Shopping Centre in Alberton, Gauteng, where I go to for all my mobile telephony needs, and have been doing, for many years. One of the client service staff, Grizelda, patiently helped me in a wonderful manner yesterday and today, to navigate through the myriad of options that are available. Three things struck me during my experience with Grizelda: (i) her product and option knowledge, which is fantastic, (ii) her patience dealing with a more mature client who asks a lot of questions and (ii) us actually arriving at a "perfect solution." "Mission accomplished" so to say. Thank you Grizelda, it is people like you who cause people (clients) like myself to remain loyal to the brand and to your store specifically. I will never go anywhere else for my mobile telephony needs. It's as simple as that. Well done.
