Service delivery.

I returned a new router, which had problems and haven't used it. But now they are giving me problems to get a new one, it's been 2 months. The store wants me to get from the repair but the repair shop told me to get from the store. Yet transportation is not cheap and I'm loosing out on my contract data that I pay every month.
