I post a review here on the 08/08/2022 As a result I got a reply that a service consultant will contact me. However I am still waiting for that call/email:
Was given reference number and all. I don’t think vodacom is a service provider. I will never ever recommend someone to them ever again. Want to find out how to get out of the contract or switch to any other cell company
