Vodacom has become the worst network provider In South Africa. The institute and people that work for the company are absolutely useless. Had our Fibre line suspended due to no fault ours been 3 weeks and still have not gotten answers. They have also gone against the CPA & POPIA act by misinforming and misguiding us as clients.Its an absolutely disgusting experience to have to deal with such individuals that represents the said organization.Such a large institution has become so thieving due to the absurd communication and lack of common sense that staff have. End of story it's absolutely disgusting experience to think that an institution such has Vodacom has come so low.
