Service cut off for no reason,but I still get charged

Very poor experience,my service keeps on getting cut off even though I get charged monthly,now after the cpt storms I am without wifi,and because of vodacom I am unable to connect to the internet,make calls,etc What makes this even worse is that I am an emergency responder and having a working phone is very important,Ive been to various different vodacom stores to try and fix it,but this nonsense keeps happening
