Service continues to be a MYTH!!!!!!
Hey! Vodacom! I know your customers mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to you, but there are companies out there where customer service ACTUALLY means something. YOU are now preventing me from contacting any of my customers!!!! I have never dealt with a company as useless and pathetic as Vodacom.
After 2 Hellopeter complaints, I still get the same useless auto generated response, yet we continue our loyalty towards Vodacom.
