Service completely not working, bashing my head against a wall with support

<p>Vodacom did something to my service, can't even get incoming calls. Their support says they mail me but I receive no mail. Asking them to tell me what address they're sending to just results in another "We couldn't get you!" mail. Repeatedly.</p>
