Service complaint 29 Days outstanding!!
After my complaint on Hellopeter on the 18 April Vodacom rep**** on 19 April. They said they will followup. Well its 3 days later (and 29 days since origanal complaint) NO ATTEMPT from them to sort out the issue. *** / *** SHOULD I REALLY BE SURPRISED AT THIS POOR SERVICE??
