Vodacom are the most pathetic cell phone service provider of all time. Constantly phoning ang and visit their branch in Somerset West basically every week to rectify a problem they caused. After two months up and down my original problem still exist. This morning I was informed that due to the contract that they changed so much in this two months they are now not sure when the contract will come to an end. I want to laugh, because Vodacom do not know he end date of my contract seriously, lol lol lol. Guess I must pay this contract till I die then. Where to from here. Guess only the ombudsman can help me now or stop paying so we can meet in court.
