I paid my account on the 1/12/2025 until this day they cant find my payment. Sent countless e mails nd made calls nd my line was suspenden becouse they cant find my payment. Im listed on credit burea but i dont owe vodacom money. I asked to speak to the supervisor we not allowed to

29 Dec 2025, 09:25What is time duration that finance take to unblock my lines its being a month that vodacom cant allocate my payment it shows how unprofesional is vodacom and quick to list me on credit burea. Im very unhappy of they handle my situation
