Service atrocious

I have just had my last Vodacom number cancelled (had 3) with an *********** Vodacom cancellation section. After 4 tries I eventually got thru to an agent ( I was cut off 4 times) and I vented on her because of the incompetence of her colleagues. I have had just terrible service with Vodacom and finally I can say I'm finished with them. I will never promote Vodacom again to anyone again. I am in the telecommunications industry for the last 40 years and know many people in the industry.
