Service at Vodacom Head Office

In April 2016, I renew a contract with Autopage. Autopage has closed down in the meantime, therfore Vodacom took over their customer base for numbers being on the Vodacom network. Since I renew the contract, the phone was ******(Samsung Note 5). The phone was 3 weeks old. It would taken responsibility if I was negligent, however I was not. It was ****** out f my pants pocket.Unfortunately I did not have insurance, however at the time Auotpage never offered. They were more concerned about closing down. Anyway,I was referred by Autopage to cotact Vodacom as they will be dealing with it now. When I phoned Vodacom,I was told over the phone "what must we do",I was disgusted. I went back to Autopage, however they told,I must deal with Vodacom,Vodacom said they can't do anything as the info for the phone has not migrated to them(with other words, not on their system). That was the one matter. To my understanding one cannot upgrade or take out a new contract if you don't provide banking details. This is where my 2 nd complaint is coming in. I recently received a notification that the contract that was previously under Autopage, now migrated to Vodacom, however the account was 4 months in arrears. I couldn't understand this as to my knowledge the phone was being paid, even thou it was ****** 3 weeks after receiving it. I received an email in July for the 1st time stating the account is in arrears. Upon receiving the email,I acted on it. When I Vodacom customer care,I was told to speak to Autopage, that would help, however Autopage call centre closed on,29.06.2016_ no help to me. I went back to Vodacom, whereby I was told the reason for the account being arrears is due no banking details on their system. No who's problem is that. They should have ensure all info was receive. Auotpage, even thou closed down should be responsible for the incompetence. I was then referred to Subcriber collections, with whom I communicated. The response I received, basically told me, " we don't care, just make arrangements,it is my problem I have no inusrance and there was not banking details" At the same time I was told,I must speak to Autopage, how the hell can I,if they have closed down ???! The account has now been listed on ITC as a slow/bad payer. Autopage and Vodacom should take some sort of responsibility !! I am sitting with a contract for a phone that I don't even have and have payn for 2 years. Even if one has insurance, these cell phone companies come with a hundred different excuse why the insurance can't b claimed. I will gladly make the arrangements to pay off the arrears, however I would like the status of ITC removed and would like some sort of relief regarding the ****** phone. Vodacom make billons of rands. I do not want an agent to get back to me. I would like a manager,Head,CEO or any top management person to look into this matter and get back to me. Thank you
