Service at its baddest

I have been a client of vodacom for ten years and have multiple contracts.. I have contract with the number *** and it's 5gig anytime data and 5gig night time but I didn't receive anytime data but social data. This is unacceptable this service is ridiculous. Try to call guys it take hours for one of your consultants answer. You guys are unreliable I paid for my contact and get stuff I didn't agree the service sucks big time. Please fix this **** because this is not on at all I spoke to agent they said I must what is that I paid and I must wait..
