Service appreciation
A wonderful experience from the Vodacom consultant based in Randburg (Lindo Mtshali) for promptly assisting with cancelling an unauthorised sim-swap that was pending on my cellphone number. She was friendly and willing to answer all queries and recommendations raised to her, the first warm experience encountered with a Vodacom consultant in my 10+ years with the network provider
