**** SERVICE AND STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!!! APPALLING SERVICE!!! My phone was taken into a Clearwater Mall Vodashop for repairs after a Vodacom/Finrite agent advised i need to. My phone was booked in and i was told someone would contact me. After not receiving any comms I called and was advised by a Finrite agent, Matapelo, that she would contact the repair center and would call me back - that did not happen! Fourways repair center sends me an sms for a quote - which i refused to accept because why should i pay for repairs when i pay insurance monthly????????? then they send another sms - instead of calling me telling me they will not be fixing my phone. i called again and other finrite agent, Lumka, advises that i did not complete a form in store and i should have - by this time am frustrated as i am being given the run around!! I completed the form and sent it back to Lumka would did nothing with the form!! After following up she said she is waiting for the estimate. I called again and spoke to another agent (AGENT NUMBER 4!!!) who advised there is only a claim logged but nothing else. At this time no one can tell me where my phone is or what the hell is happening!!! i proceed to follow up with both Lumka and Ghairunisha. Lumka asks me for info that she can find on the form and info i gave Matapelo!! Making me angry that i keep having to go back and forth and no one is doing anything about it!! All i am being told is they are waiting for an estimate. i was asked by Matapelo, Lumka and Ghairunisha for the details of the job number and the store telephone number. I should not be asked for this. I WANT MY PHONE FIXED!!! ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH!!! THIS IS HORRIFIC SERVICE!! I AM A LONG STANDING VODACOM CUSTOMER BUT THERE IS ALWAYS SOME SORT OF ****!!!
