Service and knowledge is shocking

Im with vodacom. Strugling with the vodacom web portal for 3 moths now. I cannot create a account because someone linked my ID number to a different number. I have numerous ref numbers that was closed and still the problem is there. And every time i phone, no one there knows what the hell im talking about. Service im receiving from them are the worst i have ever had in 12 years. Cannot wait for my contract to end to move to a network provider that works.!!!
