Service? Absolutely no service

I have had a contract with Vodacom for over 25 years. Under my contract "caller identity" and Itemised billing" is free, and indeed I've never paid for either for as long as I've had my contract. When Vodacom changed the billing recently they would show I charge for both and at the same time show a discount for the same amount, making the charge as R0.00. All of a sudden in March and Aoril they show the discount for the "caler identity" but not for the "itemise billing.

I understand that mistakes do happen, but when one reports the problem (ref. 1- ********** ********** ) on the 11/4/2017 and follows up on the 26/4, 29/4, 2/5, 3/5 and 8/5 and absolutely nothing has been done in this period, and indeed one is totally ignored, then this becomes a real problem. I have spoken to a number of consultants that allways promise to follow up and come back to you. Needless to say that nothing gets done and no return call is made.

I donot know what to do next as if one asks to escalate the call to a team leader or manager, one is told this is not possible. I'm totally frustrated with Vodacon's lack of service. Even after the call they ask to stay on the phone and rate their service, and you give "0s" which denotes totally not satisfied, no one comes back to youto find out why the low rating.

Vodacom is probally so big that one loyall customer does not matter to them, and they think that they can treat their customers like *******. I certainy cannot recomend their services to anybody, and I'm considering cancelling all my family's and businesses' contracts.

I expect you VODACOM to do your job properly in the first place, and if you err correct it immediatly, DONOT ignore your clients.

Vodacom Thankyou for your reply. However if you say you will be contacting me then please do so, as at the time of writing this reply no one has contacted me, again this is a very poor service.
HOW DO I ESCALATE THIS TO SOMEONE IN VODACOM THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS AS IF VODACOM IS HIS OR HER OWN COMPANY.

I'm now at my wits end, a week ago i got this reply from Vodacom and I quote
"
Good day,
Kindly be advised that both itemised billing and CLIP have now been zero rated on your mobile number. We have also credited your account for 2 months charges of itemised billing.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Regards,
R. Maart", which appears to have sorted the matter out, however today I received a SMS from Vodacom advising me that the service is no longer offered as a free service, and I should review the contract and send it to **********
There is nothing to review, Vodacom cannot change the terms of a contract unilaterally out of the blue and without giving reasonable notice,
In any way the SMS surely contradicts theis statement above.
PLEASE VODACOM SORT THIS MESS OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL.
