bought a contact wife with vodacom , wife was delivered on the 20th of october , today is the 2nd of november still not connected , tried calling them and ive been sent from pillar to post, this one says call this one and im fed up, vodacom must come take back their wifi and reverse the money the debited for a wifi that hasnt even worked even for a minute, i do not want it anymore, apparently is has network link issues

29 Nov 2022, 13:05Vodacom hasn't collected their device since i cancelled the order and they keep debiting my account for a device that hasn't worked 2 seconds, i got a message two weeks ago that the will send a courier to come fetch the device and to this day , it is till with me, i have never encountered such a horrible service in my whole entire life.
