Service

I called to cancel my contract. The agent confirmed the contract is cancelled. When I asked for a reference number the agent cut the call on me. That's the type of service to expect if you leave Vodacom. I have a second contract so I'm sure I will experience the same service. I'm sure I will get feedback that it was a system issue. Well I didn't get a courtesy call to apologize!

I was contacted yesterday by Vodacom. I was told the first agent Ntombifuthi did not process the cancellation, she done a quote. However, she confirmed the last debit will be in April. I was then transferred to Retention again to process the cancellation. Nelly processed the cancellation and provided a reference number. However, she confirmed the last debit will be in March. Wonder who to believe? I requested Nelly to get her manager to contact me, no call received yet! Maybe you guys should listen to the call and then contact me. If I had taken Ntombifuthi word that my contract was cancelled, you would continue to debit me stating my contract was not cancelled.
