I upgraded in November to the Huawei P9, firstly I had to wait for the handset for over a month...I only received the upgrade on 21 December 2016.

The upgrade was ADVERTISED with the Education voucher and the R2000 Woolworths Voucher from Huawei. I registered the same day to receive the Woolworths voucher...all I keep getting from Huawei is that it will take 14 days for escalation, this is evertime I send a mail to them. I have phoned Vodacom upgrades, they just push you over to Huawei.

If you are going to work with another company on your promotions, make sure they live up to their obligations as per adverti*****t!!

I have posted this on Vodacoms hellopeter, as I see Huawei does not respond! On there I see quite a few complaints from people with the same problem???

Don't advertise false promises!!!!

It's now 08/03/2017, STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom just pushes it to Huawei everytime you phone or email. I have to give both companies credit for their brilliant **** MARKETING STRATEGY !!!!
