service

I wrote to hellopeter a while back and was assured feedback by vodacom. I received a voicemail message no number to get to. The person left a voice message about a de-escalation, and no email about my issue I do not know how to get back to the person who supposedly is supposed to solve my issue. now this has shown I am not wanted by the network provider as the person dealing with my case has not till now sent me an email or given me a second call.
