**** Service

My Promblems with Vodacom got worse about four months ago. Our phone which is on a business contract with Vodacom was sent to Vodacom Umhlanga Repairs as we could not answer calls nor could you make or recieve calls and smses ect as it had no network at all and the battery life lasted 2hours. The phone was returned to us a week later and we were told it was fixed (it wasnt) so we sent it back and it was returned the following week and still not fixed the third time we sent it back i sent an email with it stating my unhappiness and I got no replies or apologies for anyone at Vodacom.

My Email was sent on the 30th of August and to date we have still not got our phone back. Trying to contact the person from Vodacom Umhlanga dealing with our phone is difficult as he never seems to be available. I finally managed to speak to him today as i was promised a new phone last week only to get told today that our phone is out of the 6 month warranty yet they have had it for over four months now. I still have no idea what is happening with our phone or when we will be getting it back.

In our area the vodacom service is terrible and it doesnt seem like vodacom really care a damn about its customers all I can say is when all of our business contracts are due for upgrades we will definitely be canceling all of our businesses contracts and will be movig to Cell C as they seem to actually care if there customers are happy or not. Vodacom can go to HELL
