**** service

6 weeks ago i sent in my phone for repairs. i waited 4 weeks for it to be returned to me and half of the problem i sent it in for wasnt even fixed. i sent my phone in again on the 30th of September and until this day i am still waiting on it. i phoned the Tyger Valley repair centre and they told me that the parts are on back order. i have been too quiet and patient about it for quite to long. if you cant fix the phone within the time period given by the CPA law then what is the use of the law?? I think i should take this further because the least you can do is give me a cellphone simular or better to go on with. I dont think vodacom values there customers as the other service providers do. Its almost 7 weeks and i still cant be given an ETA as to when the phone will be ready, and i wonder if i will be compensated for this long wait.
