I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO disappointed with the ********** service I'm receiving from Vodacom and Vumatel. what a bad experience. i app**** for a fiber package more than a month ago, THERE has been no traction it's the always the same story. it's so upsetting, getting my number updated on the system took full 3 weeks, they keep capturing incorrect information, every time i call no one is able to fully assist. terrible business practice surprised you guys are still in business. bad partnership as well.
