I have never in my 25 years of professional life dealt with this kind of incompetence . I have made 6 unsuccussful calls to cancel something i have not signed up for in the first place. Can some educated person please phone me if you think you are more competent that your colleagues handling your *** number? They all deserve to be on some performance management program
