What complete *** service. Vodacom debited met twice and now no one wants to help me get my refund. Customer care can't help me or even transfer me to the accounts department, in store is launching at me and saying they cant do anything. I send an email to *** but I'm not even getting a ref nr or any acknowledgement that they received it. I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years now. I will make sure never to upgrade or take out a new device with you. Really *** service and *****ing people's money 🖕🏻
