Service ??????

I have a contract with Vodacom for years and years, at various levels of contracts, at present being only one for a mobile phone. Vodacom holds a debit order from me, so are ensured of regular payments at all times.I wanted to buy a small mobile router to the value of 699 Rand. Working out the costs for the unit and the data purchases I found that it would be better to take it on contract, total cost of R 189 monthly. After a one hour wait I was told that i had to produce 3 months income statements plus proof of residence. - and that after years of never having even shortchanged them once! |trying to lodge a complaint telephonically was just a waste of time. <br> I felt disgusted , humiliated and belittled and will not do business with them under those circumstances.
