Good Day , i have a problem with vodacom. I was contacted but the sales team to offer me a wifi contract which i had accepted but then i received what i did not sign up for last week,I called that very same day informed them about my issue and was told the will collect and cancel the contract. Today i have not received any call for collection or anything and im sitting with a device im not even using and will end up being told that it is too late and debit my bank account. I was told that i can cancel within 14 days which i have did and non of the stores in rustenburg can asist as the contract was done telecom, so i was told. Can someone please help me with this matter as i have called several times with my phone and my husband's phone, holding for long and at times. Your asistance would highly be appreciated in resolving my issue. I have been calling so many times with my own airtime n been taken from pillar to post. I want this contract cancelled and device picked up. What a **** service
