Seriosly bad service even from the CEO's office

It all started September 2018, when I was informed via SMS that I am able to upgrade. Not being very sure I logged onto the Vodacom website to check if I am able to upgrade, even there it stated that I am eligible for an upgrade. I even went as far as calling the Vodacom call centre who advised that I am able to upgrade.... So off I went for the upgrade. Upgraded at Vodacom Welkom mall and was directed to a lady Me-Anne van Zyl. Long story short, I requested the Smart S top up and even agreed to the additional cost of +- R50 for the top up migration costs. I was advised that they will load the contract as a Smart S +. Yet she loads my contract as a open contract... HOW???? End of the month comes and I must pay R1200 plus for a R779 contract. The same goes for October, November as well as December. Later on I am told, it is due to a handset fee from my previous contract... HOW THE HELL????? Not once was I advised of a handset fee should I upgrade by either the Vodacom call centre agent or Me-Anne... Really *** service....

After months of fighting and emails to the CEO office, Thato Chuene advised me that the contract has been migrated to Top Up with no additional charges.. Yet this was not even done. ****ing great service from the CEO's office.. Thumbs up to that, yet, me the customer must just *** and pay. Their excuse, "I had subscriptions loaded on my contract and the excuse of handset fees"

All subscriptions stopped and cancelled, received my latest invoice and again I am paying R848.19 for a R779 contract? Explain that to me???? I raised this with Thato and the CEO's office and yet no response from either... Useless service...

So here I am writing my review and hopefully it will be sorted.. Oh must I mention that I receive very little to absolutely no response from Me-Anne or the management at Welkom Mall Vodacom. Thumbs up to that *** service....

So the fight continues, I received a call from Vodacom about my query last week Friday. All the promises in the world that someone will get back to me with answers.... 4 days later and no answer or communication regarding my incorrect package as well and the handset fee that no one informed me about...
