Senzeni Tshabalala A RUDE AGENT
Oh my God!!! I was welcomed by a very rude and unprofessional consultant by the name of Senzeni Tshabalala as a first-time customer and my first encounter with customer service agent was awful. She is so incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional that I couldn't believe it. I am so disgusted I am asking that any QA analyst to listen to the call stamp time 12h31 06 February
