Sent to lawyers for R34 LOL
I seamlessly engaged the cancellations department on XX and revived written confirmation from Vodacom that any remaining fees to cancel my contract would be deducted from my account at the next billing cycle. However I received a lousy email from HP lawyers, only to be told by Thulisile Langa that my account has been sent for collection to the lawyers and a laughable amount of R34 needs to be immediately paid to avoid “legal consequences”. Are you guys okay there at Vodacom??? Sort this out without irritating me please.

07 Apr 2026, 10:43Hi is this going to be resolved soon? I received. “Final reminder” from your lawyers yesterday. No consultant has made a decent effort to contact me. My email and WhatsApp line are the same. I will not take calls because this has become a legal matter. So only written correspondence will be suitable at this point.
