Sent sim cards I didn't ask for!

I have received a call from Vodacom telling me they have this free service giving me a extra sim card with more data etc on. I have asked more than once what costs are extra, she told me "it is free" when I had to confirm the sale I heard it's R80 a month extra. I said I don't want to pay anything extra and cancelled the sim. A few days later I have received 2 sms's telling me my sim cards have been activated - TWO!! I called Vodacom and said please cancel both of them I don't want them and I didn't ask for them, according to them they were cancelled. Today I receive a sms from RAM to tell me a package is on the way for me. I call RAM and ask if the package are from Vodacom, they said it is and there are 2 packages. I said to RAM they can send those packages back to Vodacom immediately. Phone Vodacom again and they just say that if I reject the packages the 2 sim cards will be automatically cancelled, they don't need to cancel anything on the system. I told them I dont' want to receive another sms or call about this! The sales person propably gets commission for every sale and decided to just go ahead and send 2 sim cards or whatever to me and I will willingly sign for them and pay R160 a month more for her convenience? I won't ever receive another call from Vodacom and I will remove my contract from them if I receive another sms about these 2 sim cards. The sales people are unfriendly and don't like it if you say no to them and they are not doing what they said they are going to do.
