Sent phone in for repairs now its bent

<p>I took my phone in on Friday 3rd of June 2016 to have a few items fixed on the phone that seemed problematic.</p> <p>Today, Tuesday 7th June 2016, i received a phone call where i am advised that this will cost me R3000 to fix.</p> <p> </p> <p>When advising that my phone is under waranty i get told that my phone is bent so the waranty is void. My phone was not bent when i sent it in as is visible on the sign in form as this would most definitely be something that i would have been advised on and wouldnt have wasted my time.</p> <p> </p> <p>This seems to me as Vodacoms way of avoiding paying for a repair so that they can make more money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have asked for a person in management to get back to me and escalated this with the person over the phone. i will see if anything happens here.</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone was spotless and in near mint condition when i sent it in. This is unacceptable.</p>
